Why phones
Most small and mid-sized businesses lose enquiries not because they lack customers, but because their phone rings while someone is already on another call, in a meeting, or closed for the day. Werkborg is built to cover that gap without pretending to be a person.
How we work
Every deployment starts with your actual call flow: what an agent may say, what it must never decide, and where the handoff to a person happens. That scope is written down and tested before a single live call runs on it.
What we do not claim
No customer list, no case studies, no performance numbers and no certifications appear on this site unless they can be shown, not just stated. If a claim is not backed by evidence, it is not published.
