Status lookups without guesswork
Order and account status calls are read directly from your system of record. The agent reports what the system says — it does not estimate a delivery date or invent a status it cannot verify.
What it does
Looks up an order or account by the reference the caller provides, reads back the current status, and offers a callback or notification if the system does not have an answer yet.
When the system is unclear
If a status lookup fails or looks inconsistent, the agent says so plainly and routes to a person rather than presenting an uncertain answer as fact.
What always goes to a person
Refunds, disputes, and any request to change an order are logged with the order reference and handed off — the agent does not action changes on its own.
