Solutions · Emergency dispatch

Urgent-call triage that always ends with a person

This is the most safety-sensitive use case Werkborg addresses, and the boundary is correspondingly narrow: the agent gathers structured facts fast and hands off — it never makes a dispatch decision itself.

What it does

Collects location, nature of the issue, and contact details in a consistent structure, and immediately routes urgent calls to the responsible on-call person or queue rather than holding the caller in a scripted flow.

Speed over conversation

For genuinely urgent calls, the design goal is the fewest questions needed to route correctly — not a longer, more natural-sounding conversation.

Explicit non-goal

The agent does not triage medical or safety emergencies and does not replace 112/999 or an emergency line. It is scoped to operational callouts — a burst pipe, an alarm trigger, an equipment failure — where a person still makes every dispatch call.

Next step

This use case is design-stage only and requires a written scope, an on-call routing test, and sign-off before any pilot — it is not offered as a self-serve setup.
